TrueNAS SCALE - RangeError: Invalid time value on UI

Description

I am getting invalid time value error in my console on both Chrome and Firefox.
I also do not have the settings to change time in General.
The overlay are not working and I can only navigate the UI, but cannot do anything.
The count of the error can get to more than 600.

Hello,
Like I said in the previous comment I CANNOT use the save debug option.

This is the issue I am getting, the UI is not working. All popup is not rendering
