Reproduced in house, find debug attached. Appears to be a labelling issue, the label should probably be Cores:
Open a chrome window and make as narrow as possible
Navigate and login to a system
Select the CPU widget
The system in the video has 24 Cores and 48 threads. 24 threads is shown.
