[SCALE] Refreshing the app catalogue does not work

Description

On TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10-MASTER-20230320-030321, If you try to refresh any catalog It will fail and give you the error in the picture.

I had a small typo, I meant on 23.10-MASTER-20230513-024212.
