Are there any high load operations happening when this occurs? These are usually the symptons.

Thank you , just a short update in case might help you and the team with further investigation - after disabling the S.M.A.R.T. service and unchecking the box to Start Automatically, the system is stable so far, with no interruptions. This may be a workaround but shouldn't be recommended for long-term action.

Dear support,
We've been experiencing this issue in the last 2 days. It happens that after some period system lost SSH and web connection and became unreachable. Please see the attached captured screenshot taken from the IPMI remote console. The HDD temperature is in the normal range when this happens, checking via ipmitool sensor command
