Cannot assign GPU to Plex anymore

Description

After reinstalling Dragonfish to a new server(importing config from old one), I cannot assign my Nvidia T400 GPU to PLex anymore. This worked well on old setup. Installation is on new MB and CPU.
nvidis-smi sees the GPU, but in the app I can only choose to assign 0 Nvidia GPUs to app.

@Andreas Faye-Lund unfortunately everything looks good from our side..i was able to find a user upstream who was facing same issue and you have overlapping error logs as well which likely corroborates to the same story.

midclt call k8s.gpu.available_gpus
{"amd.com/gpu": "0", "gpu.intel.com/i915": "0", "nvidia.com/gpu": "0"}

midclt call catalog.get_normalised_questions_context | jq
Call timeout
