Description
Steps to Reproduce
Upgrade existing system to 13.3-BETA.2 or install from scratch.
Create VM, try to use the VNC function.
Expected Result
VNC should work. NoVNC in the browser as well as using an external VNC viewer.
Actual Result
VNC screen is displayed but never updates. Screen seems "frozen".

The current situation with BETA.1 and BETA.2 as delivered is:
VNC does not work at all
Neither with the builtin NoVNC client nor with a 3rd party VNC viewer
With my proposed patch:
VNC will fundamentally work
It will work perfectly well with a 3rd party viewer
With the builtin NoVNC client the RGB colour palette is switched, so colours are distorted
This colour problem is an upstream bug for which I currently don’t have a patch. Still distorted colours are way better than no VNC at all. The fact could be mentioned in the release notes.
