I mean, it showed as stopped in the GUI, and shares were unavailable. I did not tell it to stop.
As for why the domain fails out frequently, i do not know. It’s been like that for a few years, before SCALE was released, but it never caused a problem as far as I know, so I never addressed it.
My AD DC is hosted on my proxmox, but it has been fairly stable other than a few times the cat shut off the host.

What do you mean by stopped? I see that your domain routinely goes unavailable. Is this hosted on TrueNAS itself or is it on a separate server?

I believe I have fixed proxmox spamming by moving the offending share to NFS. it did happen again, sometime in the past 6 hours, possibly coinciding with an unscheduled feline-induced shutdown of my proxmox host (completely separate hardware. cat turned it off by stepping/sitting on the power button). im not sure how a crash of a different system could cause a service crash, but im putting out out there just in case.
