Plugin: Zoneminder should support SSL

Description

It would be good to support even a self-signed certificate out of box for Zoneminder, or, better, use one generated/provided by the FreeNAS installation, ideally an ACME one.

Please see my earlier PRs  #10 and #11. As far as I can see the Zoneminder plugin now supports SSL/TLS and this issue can be closed. I do not think I can do that myself.

See PR https://github.com/freenas/iocage-plugin-zoneminder/pull/10 for a proposed solution. It adds four configuration settings to control SSL/TLS, and generates a self-signed certificate for a secure first connection config. See README.md in the PR.
