CLONE - Display UPS statistics in new UI

Description

Currently when FreeNAS goes on battery, it sends out an email that says "ONBATT - ups" and when the power is back, it sends another email that says "ONLINE - ups".

I would like to receive more details when possible, such as battery % level, estimated time of how long battery will last, how long was the time out.

Further, I'd like to receive some statistics in the Reports of the GUI, such as time on battery, amount of outages, etc.
