Update AMD CPU temperature driver

Description

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 CPU that is reading around 40C idle temp in the BIOS. When using FreeNAS, the temp shows to be 80C range. I'm unsure of a fix and need it to show the correct CPU temp. Thanx!

Adrian, the new driver should be included into 11.2-U5 coming soon.  Let us know if you find any issues after that.
