I have successfully replicated the bug with a fresh install of the latest FreeNAS version

We cannot and will need a debug in order to investigate.

Please let me know if you have managed to replicate it. It should be very easy to do so. Thx

It's easy to make the debug. Go to System -> Advanced -> Save debug. Once it has created the file for you, click the Document Vault section of this ticket to attach it. We need it to determine your configuration setup.

Can you please make it? I don't know how to do it and it is fairly easily to replicate this issue because you only need to enable SMB, SMB recycle bin and delete video files on the SMB share.

If you enable the recycle bin in SMB settings, and delete a video file on the share, the video file will not appear in the share's recycle bin. I have tried this with .mkv, .mp4, .avi and many different video types.
Just to be clear, the video file is not hidden and I have double checked it.
What should be happening is that it should be moved to the recycle bin after it's been deleted in the share,
