Plugins > Installed page not loading

This was on a fresh install of FreeNAS 11.2-U4.1.

This happened during the process of updating a new batch of plugins.

1. I downloaded the appropriate plugins to test.

2. Made snapshots of them.

3. When the updated versions of the plugins were pushed I began to update them.

4. After updating the first plugin, Bacula, I went to the "Installed" screen and received this error (see traceback file and debug).

5. Now the page is completely broken and will not load.
