and Former user, sorry. To clarify, the end-user just specified that a colleague be specified in the email communication when opening up a ticket via the webUI.
I'd agree with 's comment here. If it is easier to simply add multiple email addresses in the "TO:" field, then let's use that method.

Is this required? I.E. can we just allow multiple emails in the TO: field delimited by comma or similar? That may work today with little to no tweaking.

We have a customer that is asking for an official feature request to be opened up with engineering to have the ability to put in "CC" email addresses in the System->Support web page.
The idea being the customer can CC certain people on the ticket creation request so the people in the CC list will be included with all coorespondance with TrueNAS support related to that ticket.
