Add Description to column choices for SMB and AFP shares

Description

The comment field for SMB shares is not exposed in the web UI when looking at the list of SMB shares - it isn't selectable from the column list.

For NFS shares, the comment field is visible, so it seems like it should be visible for SMB shares as well.

As discussed on the PR we are renaming "Comment" to "Description".  Also AFP needed this column to be consistent so I added it there too.
