thank you for the debug.
Our recommendation is to replace the Realtek NIC with an Intel one as the Realtek is the most likely bottleneck as they are known to not handle load. There are recommendations for affordable Intel NICs known to work well with FreeNAS in the FreeNAS forums.

Hi,
Whener I try to upload a file over FTP speed cap at 2.4 MBps, be it inside of the same network or outside in my workplace with a 200 download and 100 Mbps upload connection over fiber.
SMB speeds are fine with max 112 MBps speeds. This cap only happens with FTP protocol.
I have a i5-3470 with 16GB RAM on a H61 chipset board, using a RAID1 ZFS with two 1TB zpool. Network is onboard realtek, Intel NIC i350 on the way.
Is there anyrhing i can do?
