Clear IPMI System Event Log from the webUI

Description

After upgrading to FreeNAS 11.3 BETA, I have received the following alert on my HPE Microserver Gen8:
Warning: IPMI SEL low space left: 0 bytes (100% used).

There is no way to clear the IPMI System Event Log from the web UI, therefore you have to type as root in the shell:
ipmitool sel clear

Maybe a button in the webUI would be useful for newbies.

As a minor add on, the alerting still alerts for 100% used when `ipmitool -c sel info` shows this:

I think the first warnings I got was actually fair (> 90% used or something), but after clearing it, the alerting should've stopped, not getting cleared and then re-alerted over and over again.

Upgraded yesterday to 11.3-U1 from 11.2 on a Supermicro X10SLL-F and have received the IPMI SEL low space alert. I cleared the SEL but the alert returned. I will follow the work around suggested.

Upgraded today and see same issue on HP ML110 server. Will disable for now and watch for updates.

I'm seeing the same on a SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SLL-F-O LGA1150 motherboard. Alert comes back 2-3 minutes after I clear the SEL. I've disabled the alert for now, but watching/voted for this bug.
