this has been fixed by the Dashboard rewrite in 11.3. If you get a chance to test BETA1 (or later) and the issue persists for you, please leave a comment on this ticket.

When I go to the Dashboard, the Network Info does not show any actual info, it just has a progress bar that scrolls across continuously. Network config is a single interface with DHCP and IPv6 Autoconfigure enabled. Screenshots attached.
