Thank you. I resolved by deleting the entire jails and iocage datasets and starting over. Your solution probably would have worked more elegantly.
FWIW, the issue I saw was immediately after the update to 11.3-Beta, without any additional changes. So, there is likely something to be adjusted in the update code.

I am marking this as a duplicate issue ( we have fixed this one before, please also refer to the duplicate ticket for more details ).
Please refer to https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-103816 for updating fstab entries ( they will need to be updated because they would be misconfigured ).

I am getting errors related to device busy or unable to unmount in the plugins and jails pages. See pictures.
I could be mistaken, but it looks like the path in the errors is wrong (includes an extra "mnt/").
I tried to manually delete the extra "mnt" folder, hoping that would free the system up to at least make plugins from scratch without error. But, I am unable to due to something being busy within the folder.
