Currently, General Prefernences are under Preferences under Settings and is the header for the first of two Themes sections.
Observation: Settings and Preferences are synonyms in this context and "General" is meaningless.
Suggestion: The Settings icon (which contains four items) contain "UI Settings" or "UI Preferences" for the section that contains Themes and the option to choose default icon and password behavior. The headline "General Preferences" is superflous. (See attached image)
