Thanks @Dru Lavigne - I will reboot back to 11.3-BETA1 and do that. With the system off the network and no GUI running, is there a CLI method of providing this. Eg ixdiagnose ?

When booting, systems freezes when starting middlewared
After a number of minutes (~5 ?), system load continues but with middlewared disabled, no networking.
Looking at /data/update.failed, seems to be having issues at:
