Reset ACLs before setting new values

Description

Pool options window: switching between 'Default ACL Options' profiles causes ' Permissions ' and ' Flags ' to be empty and ' Save ' button unavailable. When clicked, there are advanced options instead of basic options listed. When clicked on a single advanced permissions, all are suddenly deselected. Finally, permissions and flags are somehow selected, ' Save ' button becomes available.

Possible improvement: find closes match of permissions when switching between basic and advanced permission type. In many cases, they are deselected, even if they represent a perfect match. Actually the pool options (aka ACL editor) acts different each time.

chmod/ACL permissions are unfortunately not applied recursively so this hint is not correct: "Apply permissions recursively to all directories and files in the current dataset. " . Same for strip, it won't strip anything while claiming "Set to remove all ACLs from the current dataset. ACLs are also recursively stripped from directories and child datasets when those options are set. " .

In pool options, 'Flags' combo box hint link which goes to missingURL .

The strip checkbox doesn't change anything until after save, we might have to rethink that one later but this PR should fix the issue with default permissions
