HI,
The /mnt default mount location in some cases is inconveniente.
Allowing the user to set/change this default location will improve user expreiense.
For Exmaple:
In A MAC clients enviroment when the /mnt could be change to /Volumes
This will allow keeping the same mountpoint location at the clients same as on the FreeNAS
This creates like universal locartion that points to same location on the server from any computer client or from the NAS itself. This allows global configurastion used to this location, without keeping in mind that on the NAS its a different mount location
Same /Volumes/pool_name (mac default location mount for network shares) on the client could be the same on the FreeNAS
