11.3 RC2 -- Pool Status not task manager not updating

Description

I just replaced a disk on my NAS, and was trying to view the rebuild process with the UI. After a few minutes of it not updating, and showing only 15% I did a 'zpool status -v' and saw the resilver had completed. The pool shows healty in the ui now.. (SSD_Luda was replaced)

I get that this solution works, however shouldnt it be constantly be checking the progress of the resilver and update accordingly? Looking at the PR it seems that it will just set to 100 if the job completes. Some jobs take quite some time and using that ui object should be responsive imo.
