ZFS does better detection than a RAID card. It is telling you that some of the checksums on blocks are failing, which means you have silent corruption starting to occur on that disk. This can happen before SMART/RAID cards issue alerts

There are no error indications or alert on the physical drives.
From associated hardware RAID controller card, all the drives are okay and ONLINE.
Using the RIAD Contoller card, I have performed Consistency Check of the volume and there was no error, but FreeNAS still says "Critical error drive DEGRADED".
The dataset "da2p2" in the attached image/pic is on a 16TB hardware RAID volume.
It has been working well without any issue for about 4 years until this week.
Where can I find the exact log that points to the file or disk segment that has the data corruption?

This is what the software is supposed to do. It is letting you know you have a drive that is starting to fail. If you have redundancy you should replace the drive as soon as possible.
FreeNAS send me this error -
