I'm continuesly getting messages that my system has "restarted. Looking in the logs I can find the following kernal error:
kernel: Failed to fully fault in a core file segment at VA 0x800671000 with size 0x49000 to be written at offset 0x4c000 for process rrdcached
I know that one of my drives has a unreadable sector, but I presume that this shouldn't crash / restart the freenas services.

In provided debug I see all kinds of software crashes, from applications to OS. It must be something with the hardware. It can easily be a RAM, since as I can see you have non-ECC. So as the first step I would at least run long memory test. Also check system cooling, since 60C for idle dual-core CPU is quite a lot. With such a list of errors it makes no sense to debug anything specific, since 99% it just a noise.
