Replacing boot usb drive problem

Description

One of two boot USB Drives failed and I pluged (third) new one.

In System\boot\boot pool status, I chose new usb by "Replace" option.

Replacin proces was finished but all the time is "Replacing" in "boot pool status".

Buy the way I can't detach "old" alredy pluged out falty USB boot drive.
