Google drive cloud sync tasks fail with
Failed to copy: failed to open source object: open file failed: googleapi: Error 403: This file is too large to be exported., exportSizeLimitExceeded
there seems to be no way to add custom flags like --drive-alternate-export to cloud sync tasks.
