Sure @Bonnie Follweiler, it is TrueNAS CORE 12.0 BETA2 and I see it in all browsers which do support dark mode on my dark mode enabled Windows 10 (version 1909) machine with one exception and that is Opera which shows white favicon, for some reason.

Brave,
Firefox,
Opera,
Edge,
Chrome.

Thank you for the report @Vaclav Navratil. Can you please provide browser, OS, and version of FreeNAS/TrueNAS you are seeing this issue in?

While the black favicon looks good in the light mode there might not be enough contrast while the browser/OS is in dark mode.
CSS has a way to detect the different modes and browsers seems to adhere to it - https://caniuse.com/#search=prefers-color-scheme
