Windows Server VM does't boot correctly

Description

I have a windows server 2019 VM. When I try to boot it, it seems to work perfectly fine but I am unable to view the display through VNC or RDP. Also when I try to ping the VM it says unable to reach host.

This appears to be the vm_open issue we're still tracking down.

Thank you for reporting this , can you please elaborate on why you think it works perfectly ? I am referring to vnc not working and neither networking, so was curious about that. Also can you please confirm if rest of the VM's work as desired and this is the only affected ?
