Upgrade ZFS FS Alert points to legacy documentation

In version TrueNAS-12.0-BETA2.1

After clicking on the link in " ZFS filesystem is out of date " alert the link points to legacy documentation - https://www.ixsystems.com/documentation/freenas/11.2/install.html#upgrading-a-zfs-pool

instead of the TrueNAS Core documentation or to the up to date documentation https://www.ixsystems.com/documentation/freenas/11.3-U4/install.html#upgrading-a-zfs-pool

In this particular case, it is not important, but we should probably have some consistency with the link between versions.

My current thought is to rework the warning to be self-contained and not have outside links.
