Upgrade to 12 Release fails on this box

Description

Tried upgrading this box to TN Core 12 earlier.
Upgrade itself worked fine, boot after upgrade failed with Kernel panic.
One screenshot with normal boot, one verbose.

Box has been working fine with 11.3 for a while.
Please note its specific hardware config.

Also, the dark blue font on selecting older boot environments is EXTREMELY bad readable.

Updating from 11.3 to 12U1 went smoothly today. Whatever it was seems to have been fixed in U1.
