I am running TrueNAS SCALE 20.10 and noticed the "Reporting" section of the web UI not showing any graphs. Furthermore, the system journal is spammed with the following message:
Dec 05 23:42:24 truenas collectd[4751]: rrdcached plugin: Failed to connect to RRDCacheD at unix:/var/run/rrdcached.sock: Unable to connect to rrdcached: No such file or directory (status=2)
This appears to be due to `/etc/default/rrdcached` missing. Extracting the file from the rrdcached package and adding what I think is the intended configuration makes it work. I have attached the file below. Putting it in place and running `systemctl restart rrdcached` stops the error messages and gets the graphs working again.
Unfortunately, the file is gone after a reboot, and I have to repeat the procedure.
Also, I have no idea why the file is missing in the first place.
