Degraded pool alert not received in UI or Email

Email setup with test alerts received, alerts settings verified (default settings per test), mirrored pool created, drive pulled. Dashboard shows pool degraded, Storage page shows pool degraded.

No alert showing in UI, no email received.

Debug attached.

Let's consider it duplicate, as it solely depends on pool status being reported correctly.
