Huge freenas-debug, preventing debug

Seems the debug is huge, mostly due to the zpool history it seems, where we are now outputting ioctls.

This probably turned out to be a terrible idea since the output can be huge.

We should either turn it off again or limit its output using tail.

We also could prob bump the debug size by about 10MiB, 20MiB is seeing low these days.
