Emailing alerts sometimes happens before the network interface is online (and fails)

Description

In the attached log files you can find an example around 8h17m (and probably other times as well).

In middlewared.log you can see that at 08:17:25 it tries to send an email (which fails).

In messages.0 you can see
Nov 28 08:17:42 data kernel: ix1: link state changed to UP

Hi William,

I think there is a misunderstanding. I'm not having network issues / hiccups (as far as I know). This issue (only) occurs at boot (sorry that I didn't mention this more clearly) and in the beginning of the boot there is no network yet... Only at a later point in time, network interfaces are brought up.

Emailing alerts should wait for the network interface being up...

So you have been having network issues/hiccups. I am not sure what is there to fix here?
