user account can not attach to mapped dirs

Description

In the morning I powerup servers, switches, etc. After all equipment is up and running, I powerup the desktops. However, when I attempt to connect my mapped drives on several desktops, none of the maps connects. The only way I found to enable the mappings was to re-enter my password in my account, then SAVE.

What have I done incorrectly?
