I was finally able to reproduce. There are actually two problems happening. Middleware doesn't seem to be returning a complete list of unused disks. Also there seems to be a problem with the filter on the UI side. Possibly an issue with lodash.

I'm currently implementing a fix on the UI side that uses standard JS filter method. This fix properly filters the disk.get_unused results. A ticket has also been opened to investigate disk.get-unused on the middleware side.

This ticket did not fix https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-109226  I just verified TrueNAS-21.02-MASTER-20210212-072917 has the issue on fn01.lab.ixsystems.com.
