Enclosure UI should not require refresh to detect disk status changes

Description

If disk has been pulled or if it becomes offline, the enclosure UI requires a refresh to show the change of state. I believe disk.query can be subscribed to in order to detect such a change. It would be great if the enclosure disks view could leverage these events.

Most of the work for this is ready but there is a middleware issue. disk.query only seems to fire events when adding a disk. It doesn't notify when a disk is removed. A ticket has been created for the blocker.
