Please open when it happens again. Likely related to your other ticket where middlewared is crashing.

Are you using TrueCommand by any chance?

shoot..the file was deleted..i should have uploaded it.  If that happens again i'll upload the file.  What causes this issue?

If possible, can you please also upload the core files to the Attachments:Private area in this ticket?

Files uploaded into the private area in Attachments are only accessible by the developers.
