Can't reconfigure S3 AkSk on the same dataset

Description

steps to reproduce:

as showed on the docs/videos:

create a dataset for S3
Services>S3
configure the service and start it .. OK
go and try to change the access key and/or secret key
Save, and below will happen:

Creating a new dataset, and changing the AKSK make the service able to start again.

I've just not able to extract the debug file as my system is affected by NAS-109706.

I have found the CLI utility and used it
