VNC Connection fails when using IPv6

Description

TrueNAS-12.0-U2

In case you connect to the WebGUI via IPv6 address it's impossible to connect to a guests VNC Console. Connecting to the host via IPv6 happens not only if you browse to e.g. http://[2001:1234::1]/ but also if you use a DNS name that happens to resolve to an IPv6 adress like http://filer.mydomain.net/.

In that very case a connection to a bhyve guest via VNC is impossible.

If you decide to use 0.0.0.0 to bind the VNC device the connection is being denied (kind of expected behaviour).

Yet if you choose to set the binding IP to :: it also fails. In that case I get a screen like attached image.

I'm sorry man, I didn't look into this page for months. Sure we can do a session. What timezone are you in? I'm UTC+2
