Scheduler preview not handling daylight savings time correctly

Description

I'm trying to configure a replication task to start every wednesday at 12:05 AM. The schedule preview seems like the next task for next Wednesday, but after that on Tuesdays at 11:05PM. Am I doing this wrong?

 I think you are correct about the PST to PDT change causing the issue.  I'm no longer seeing the problem after the change over.

Shouldn't it remain the same instead of compensating for the time difference?  In other words, if I schedule it at 1AM before the time switchover, it should show as 1AM afterwards, not 12AM, since when it runs after the switch, it will still run at 1AM.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on 12.0-U2 and freshly installed 12.0-U2.1.
Is it possible the issue was caused by time changes PST → PDT?
