@William Gryzbowski, I went to TrueNAS-SCALE-21.03-MASTER-20210323-072918, still the same. I see no errors or warnings in my browser:
In the storage --> disk the actual boot disk is identified as boot pool

@coen van der zanden it would be helpful to know if you could reproduce this on a Nightly image. I understand if its time-consuming and you cant do that.
Does anything show in the browser console as an error?

Truenas scale Alpha 1 (21.02)
When navigting to:
system settings --> boot --> actions --> boot pool status
the GUI shows no boot pool or disk. Only the title bar (name-read-write-checksum-status) is visible.
When navigating to:
storage --> disks
the boot pool is present, and indicating it is not assigned to any pool (N/A). [This is similar to TrueNAS-12.0-U2.1]
