Please provide a couple more things.
I need the "cores" and "physical_cores" values returned by "midclt call system.info | jq"
Also there is almost certainly some error being reported in the browser's javascript console.
Please post a screenshot of that if you can.

I have a SuperMicro X10DRL-i with 2 x Xeon E5-2650LV4 setup running TrueNAS SCALE 21.04
If I disable Hyperthreading and/or disbable a few cores for the CPU in the BIOS. The CPU in the Main Dasboard page does not show any data.
Stats per Thread display is completely blank, CPU utilization is stuck in 1 random value and temperature data also blank.
