Update to fio-3.26 or newer in TrueNAS 12.0

Description

TrueNAS 12.0-U4 features fio fio-3.19 while fio-3.26 is available in ports for FreeBSD 12.0. If testind drives in parallel, any drives over a quantity of 8 produces this error and fails to run:

error: failed to setup shm segment
error: failed to setup shm segment

...

This appears to be resolved in fio-3.26.
