NFSv4 mount does not recover after failover on ESXi 7.0u2

Description

Issue > We have a greenfield deployment where we are running into an issue that an NFSv4.1 datastore becomes inaccessible after a storage failover, and we have to reboot the ESXi hosts to fix this.

In testing, other NFSv4 clients were able to restore the mount point following the failover event.

I will also provide the logs we see from ESXi and debug from the TrueNAS.

The kernel part is committed.  For it to be used by middleware to solve the issue please track https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-112328 .

After that middleware will need to set vfs.nfsd.scope and vfs.nfsd.owner_major sysctls into some persistent string value(s), unique per HA system and less then 1024 bytes long.

This should be the kernel part of the fix: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D31952
