All of the cluster API tests and initialization routines are running and passing successfully. This can be considered the bare minimum required for the QE/TC team to start hammering the API and "testing" it.

Initial delivery of Clustered SMB functionality was integrated into 21.08 via (and related tickets); however, in order to ensure quality and prevent regressions, infrastructure should be put in place such that subsequent deliveries to Clustered SMB do not regress functionality and API end points are not broken.
