Core Files For Plex Transcoder

Description

This occurred when trying to play a certain episode on my plex server. The episode I was trying to play was corrupt or having issues of some sort, unsure. All other media works perfectly fine, not sure what was wrong with that particular episode.
Below is the message I received via notification.

Core files for the following executables were found: /usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Plex Transcoder (Fri 2021-09-17 20:44:43 EDT), /usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Plex Transcoder (Fri 2021-09-17 20:46:42 EDT), /usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Plex Transcoder (Fri 2021-09-17 20:47:33 EDT). Please create a ticket at https://jira.ixsystems.com/ and attach the relevant core files along with a system debug. Once the core files have been archived and attached to the ticket, they may be removed by running the following command in shell: 'rm /var/db/system/cores/*'.

okay good news, found the files and restored them. luckily I didnt empty the bin lol.

It seems the core files that I attached to the ticket were not actually attached(I submitted this bug via the scale gui) it did say all 3 files were attached at the time of posting and I've seen deleted them from the system unfortunately.. I can check my computer when I'm back home to see if they're on the desktop but I'm almost certain they're not. I apologize.
