I don't know. I have since reinstalled and that environment no longer exists.

Thank you @Rick Bollar for letting us know about it. Can you please confirm if the issue persists after a reboot ? I have not been able to find anything conclusive so far on my end and curious what might be happening. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have tried unsetting and then resetting the pool for apps. Resetting fails and all apps are left "Deploying"
k3s kubectl get pods -A indicates:
kube-system openebs-zfs-controller-0 2/5 CreateContainerError 0 14m
