This can be closed - I went to generate the dub log and figured I should recreate the issue before the debug and noticed I can select which pod I want bash for. Not entirely sure if this was there before and I did not notice it, or if after recreating it a few times fixed the issue lol.

Thank you for the report, @Matt Johnson. Can you please attach a debug file to the "Private Attachments" section of this ticket? To generate a debug file on TrueNAS SCALE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System Settings > Advanced, then click Save Debug and wait for the file to download to your local system.

Looks like the Nextcloud app/container actually runs 2 containers, one for Nextcloud and another for Postgres. When opening the shell from the TrueNAS Web interface, it opens postgres instead of Nextcloud - with no way to choose.
However I am able to log in from the TrueNAS console via
docker exec -it ContainerName /bin/bash
and verify.
I assume this is possibly the same issue with other apps that run multipe containers.
